Churchwardens

Jane

Chris

Jane is a Church Warden. She works in equality, diversity and inclusion at the British Council which is the UK’s cultural relations organisation. She leads a home group with husband Colin and has three grown up children. Jane is also a trustee of Burnage Foodbank and was involved in setting it up in 2014.
She loves the sea, Manchester City and Jesus - not in that order.

Chris is also a Church Warden. He is originally from North Devon and came to Manchester as a student in 1982. He and Helen have lived in Burnage for 25 years
and raised their family here. Chris still works part time as an electronics engineer.
He loves to see people grow in their faith in God and live that faith out in everyday life. He is interested in community issues and buildings- including how they can use less energy. He relaxes by doing all sorts of things outdoors, making and listening to music. He also follows City.
